By submitting your story, photos, and video, you agree to allow us to publish them on golittleguy.com and social media websites as stated here: I hereby grant Xtreme Outdoors LLC and their affiliates and assigns (“Xtreme Outdoors”) permission to use the 1) pictures, 2) video, 3) blog posts or other articles or 4) other content submitted by myself to Xtreme Outdoors. I verify that I have the right to publish the people in the pictures and that I own the rights to have these pictures (or other content) distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by Xtreme Outdoors as they see fit for their publication. I certify that my submission is not plagiarized from another source. I understand that the content I submit to Xtreme Outdoors may be used in their print publications or social media avenues or other avenues in print or digitally. I understand that outside of any contest related prizes, at no time shall I be paid, reimbursed, compensated, given a free RV, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future by Xtreme Outdoors. I understand that even if I am not a contest winner, my content may be used by Xtreme Outdoors I hereby irrevocably authorize Xtreme Outdoors to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute my submitted content in their print publications or digital media avenues as they see fit for any lawful purpose. I also give the right to Xtreme Outdoors to make any necessary edits (i.e. crop/resize, make minor word edits etc.) at their discretion. I also give Xtreme Outdoors the right to publicize my participation in any contest run by Xtreme Outdoors and the submission of this content as they deem appropriate. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Xtreme Outdoors from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on the behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. I certify that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age. If they are under the age of 18, I certify that their parent or legal guardian has given approval. I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I affirm that all given statements to Xtreme Outdoors are true.
